The FL520 electromagnetic flow meters are highly reliable and are mounted in line with special flanges according to ANSME standard. The great advantage of these flow meters is that, having no bearings that can wear out or moving parts, they do not interrupt the measurement even with dirty water.
The sensor produces a magnetic field which, when the liquid passes, it generates an electric voltage which is converted into a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate.
The FL520-01 model is equipped with a digital display and is powered by lithium batteries.
The FL520-02 model is powered by an external power supply and is equipped with a digital display and pulse output. On request, the FL520-02 meter can be connected to a pulse / current converter that transforms the pulses into a 4 ÷ 20mA output, or to a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate).
The converter (with or without display) is equipped with brackets for wall mounting.
Each sensor comes with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and its electromechanical characteristics.
