The FL521 flowmeter is a versatile flowmeter, available in two types of material and in multiple sizes. It provides an accurate measurement of the flow rate, thanks to a precision and quality mechanics, with long life and high tolerance bearings.
The sensor can, in case of need, be easily replaced.
The FL521-01 polypropylene model is economical and suitable for measuring water or low corrosion fluids. The cover lens (to view the liquid) is available in acrylic for flow with low corrosion or in polypropylene, when a higher corrosion protection is required.
The rotor is made of kynar, the shaft of nickel and tungsten carbide and the O-ring in EPDM.
The FL521-02 model is made of Teflon, which guarantees greater resistance to chemical agents. The rotor is in kynar, the shaft in ceramic and the O-Ring in viton coated with Teflon. An optional silicon carbide shaft is available. On request, the meter can be connected to a pulse / current converter that transforms the pulses into a 4 ÷ 20mA output, or to a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate).
The converter (with or without display) is equipped with brackets for wall mounting.
Each sensor is supplied with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and its electromechanical characteristics.
