The FL522 flowmeter has a wide choice of types for measuring the flow, according to needs. Compactly made of stainless steel, it provides accurate flow measurement thanks to precision and quality mechanics with long life and high tolerance bearings.
The standard rotor is made in PVDF, while the shaft in a particular alloy of nickel and tungsten carbide. The optional ceramic shaft increases resistance to some concentrated chemical agents. The standard O-Ring is in Teflon-coated Viton, for better resistance to chemical agents; on request an O-ring in EPDM and kalrez is available.
The sensor can, if necessary, be easily replaced.
On request, the meter can be connected to a pulse / current converter that transforms the pulses into a 4 ÷ 20mA output, or a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate).
The converter (with or without display) is equipped of brackets for wall mounting.
Each sensor comes with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and the electromechanical characteristics of the same.
