Flow measurement in pipes.

The FL540 electromagnetic flow sensors are highly reliable, easy to assemble and adjustable in height for use on pipes of different sizes. The great advantage of these flow meters is that, having no bearings that can wear out or moving parts, they do not interrupt the measurement even with dirty water.
On request, the meter can be equipped with a valve for Hot-Tap mounting, so as to be able to perform maintenance without interrupting the flow in the pipeline.
The sensor produces a magnetic field in the lower part which, when the liquid passes, generates an electric voltage which is converted into a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate.
On request, the meter can be connected to an impulse / current converter which transforms the impulses into a 4 ÷ 20mA output, or to a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate).
The converter (with or without display) can be mounted on the wall or directly on the meter, a choice that must be specified to order.
< / span> Each sensor comes with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and the electromechanical characteristics of the same.
