The FL545 electromagnetic flow sensors are highly reliable and easy to mount. The great advantage of these flow meters is that, since they have no bearings that can wear out or moving parts, they do not interrupt the measurement even with dirty water.
The sensor produces a magnetic field in the lower part which, when the liquid passes, generates an electric voltage which is converted into a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate.
On request, the meter it can be connected to a pulse / current converter that transforms the pulses into a 4-20mA output, or to a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate). The converter (with or without display) can be mounted on the wall or directly on the meter, a choice that must be specified when ordering.
Each sensor is supplied with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and the characteristics electromechanical of the same.
