The FL546 series vane flow sensors are highly reliable and easy to mount. They provide accurate flow measurement, thanks to precision and quality mechanics, with long-lasting and high tolerance bearings. Rotor rotation is detected by a Hall effect sensor. The output is a square wave pulse that can be sent over long distances (max 650mt).
On request, the meter can be connected to a pulse / current converter which transforms the pulses in a 4 ÷ 20mA output, or to a pulse / current converter also equipped with a digital display (totalizer + instantaneous flow rate).
The converter (with or without display) can be mounted wall or directly on the meter, a choice that must be specified when ordering.
Each sensor is supplied with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and its electromechanical characteristics.
