The LC230 series load cells have been designed for test benches where fatigue tests are performed on materials or mechanical parts. Subjected to an external load, the cell undergoes a deformation which is faithfully detected by the strain gauge bridge located inside it, transforming it into an electrical signal.
Gli strain- gauges , electrically connected in a Wheatstone bridge configuration, detect the tensile and compressive deformations . An accurate protection of the sensors allows the use of these instruments in difficult environmental conditions , without any fear of breakdowns or malfunctions.
On request, a pair is also supplied with the cells. of ball joints in order to allow the cell to be attached.
Each cell is supplied with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and the electromechanical characteristics of the same.
