The ESTRUDAT data acquisition control unit allows you to record data in manual mode via a trigger button and in automatic timed mode, setting the recording interval according to your preferences. In both cases, the control unit will emit an acoustic signal indicating successful registration. Upon request, it is possible to implement the trigger button with an external acoustic and visual warning device. The readout unit has a RS232 serial output that allows it to be connected to a PC for setting data and downloading the measurements taken. In order to manage the control unit from your PC it will be necessary to download the dedicated software package :

• The Manager software allows you to set up the control unit and download the data recorded during the readings, as well as storing all the data of the readings made over time in a database.
• The Processing software allows you to process and plot the inclinometer data, providing time information on the landslide movement in progress, also giving the possibility to print data and graphics created.
