Description

The DS825 rotary extensometer is equipped with a multiturn rotary displacement sensor with a maximum development wheel 2000mm. An Invar wire is stretched between two points, on the one hand it is fixed on a pole using a special bracket, on the other it is made to slide around the wheel of the strain gauge and held taut by means of a ballast; in this way the wire can also be used for long distances (up to 40mt).
The system is easy to install, manage and maintain. For installation it is sufficient to anchor two poles in the ground at the desired distance, then install, with the appropriate brackets, the sensor and the relative striker and finally stretch the wire that connects the two points.
The system can be easily moved from one point to another, as needed, quickly and conveniently.

Each sensor comes with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and the electromechanical characteristics of the same.
