The ST130 electric bed setter was designed to measure vertical settlements in embankments or foundations. The particular care with which the instrument was made guarantees high precision and reliability of the measurements even in the long term.
The system is composed of one or more measuring sensors and a reference tank connected together by a hydraulic tube.
The measuring sensors are entirely built in stainless steel so as to allow, if necessary, to be buried.
The reference tank is made of PVC and is equipped with a universal support base that can be anchored to any surface. The connection, made with nylon tubes filled with special liquid, allows the measurement to be performed with respect to the reference tank.
The measurement is performed by a pressure transducer of the piezoelectric type, which detects the level of the liquid acting on the sensitive membrane. The transducer is available with different full scale according to the monitoring needs.
Each sensor is supplied with a test certificate which certifies the results of the test performed and its electromechanical characteristics.
